Moon and Death Valleys (4,000 CLP)
Departure from the office in the direction heading the salt mountain range to visit the Death Valley and Coyote Stone. Then, we will visit the Moon Valley, with several highlights, among them, the three marys and the major dune amphitheater. We finish at sunset to see the change of color in The Andes.
Geyser del Tatio and Machuca (Chilean Entry 7,000 CLP Foreigners 10,000 CLP)
We leave early in the morning from the hotel heading to El Tatio Geysers, to arrive before sunrise where the temperatures will reach bellow 0 degrees, we will visit different geyser types. We will have breakfast and after a bath in a thermal pool we will go to the town of Machuca.
Laguna Cejar (Entrance fee 17,000 CLP)
We will leave towards the north of the Atacama Salt Flat to Cejar and Piedra Lagoons, to be able to bathe and float, after that we will go to Ojos del Salar and finally we will visit the Tebenquiche Lagoon to wait for the sunset.
Altiplanic Lagoons and Atacama Salt Flat (Tickets 5,500)
We leave very early in the morning to go towards Atacama Salt Flat in which you can see a large number of flamingos and endemic birds while we have breakfast, then we follow The Andes heading to the Altiplanic Lagoons, Micanti and Meñiques and finally we will visit the andean villages of Toconao and Socaire.
Tara’s Salt Flat and Monks of La Pacana
Close to Bolivia is the Tara’s salt flat, belonging to the Los Flamencos National Reserve, a valley dominated by large volcanoes and strange geological formations.
Its lagoons of strange colors are the habitat of wild animals and herds of flames of Atacameño families. We visit the “Farallón de Tara”, rocks carved as sculptures, and the “Guardians of the Pakana”, huge stone pillars that rise vertical and lonely on the desert sand, to then continue towards the Tara’s salt flat, unusual beauty, in the middle of the volcanic relief the vegas, rivers and lagoons in the interior of the salar thrive.
